Future Centerpieces

Yesterday my mom and a few of her friends went on a hunt to find glass dishes at second-hand shops in Richmond. Look at what she found!

Some of the pieces were only 62 cents! Around here (and on Etsy) footed bowls like these are much more expensive--believe me, I've looked. We're going to add this collection to the heirloom pieces my mom already has and pieces we're borrowing from family and friends. The set will be used to make floral centerpieces for each of the tables at the reception (see my original thoughts here). I think they'll add charm and character to the tables and fit with the vintage-y vibe of the wedding weekend. It's fun to see things start coming together.
